I remember Harold fondly for his wisecracking and easygoing nature. I also remember that he was an outstanding athlete. While at Heath School, his pitching led the school to the 8th grade baseball championship in 1971 and he excelled in several sports in high school. When I first came to Heath School in the 7th grade, he was someone who reached out and made me feel accepted. He liked to call me "Brudle" which was pretty much a play on my name as well as a commentary on the fact that I wasn't quite the toughest kid in the class. He is sorely missed.
Harold Huxtable died suddenly in April of 1998, he was 40 years old.
